Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed a receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.

A: BONJOUR MAGNIFIQUE, we strive to provide you with the best service. Our current processing times typically range from 3 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note that the processing time begins the day after your order is received. While most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, we want to ensure transparency and, therefore, do not guarantee processing sooner than 5 business days.

Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers like USPS, FEDEX, and DHL to ship your packages, and the choice of carrier depends on your location.

Business Days: Please be aware that BUSINESS DAYS exclude holidays and weekends.

Holiday and Sale Notice: Kindly allow an additional BUSINESS DAY for processing after a holiday or a sale.

Weekend Shipping: Please note that we do not ship any products on Saturdays and Sundays.

International Orders: For international orders, please be aware that customs fees are not covered and are not included in our shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer was not available for delivery, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the redelivery cost. BONJOUR MAGNIFIQUE cannot be held responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information, and no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages: BONJOUR MAGNIFIQUE is not liable for lost or stolen packages with a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. In such cases, upon inquiry, BONJOUR MAGNIFIQUE will provide confirmation of delivery to the provided address, the date of delivery, tracking information, and the shipping carrier's details for the customer to investigate.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping generally takes 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS, depending on your location. We aim to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible while ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
